- Raw Material Reception (Cup Lump): Incoming cup lump is inspected to remove excessive contamination and assess suitability for SVR 20 processing.
- Pre-Processing & Size Reduction: Controlled handling and size reduction to support efficient washing and uniform drying.
- Mechanical Processing: Crumbing and washing processes are applied to reduce dirt and non-rubber constituents within SVR 20 specification limits.
- Drying: Drying temperature and duration are controlled to prevent excessive thermal or oxidative degradation that could affect Po and PRI performance.
