Founded in 1993 as Quang Trung Mechanical Enterprise, AN PHU THINH KON TUM PRODUCTION SERVICE TRADING CO., LTD (APT Rubber) has evolved from a mechanical equipment supplier into a leading manufacturer of high-quality natural rubber in Vietnam. In 1998, APT Rubber established its first factory in Binh Phuoc Province, marking the beginning of its large-scale rubber processing operations.
Over the past 25+ years, APT Rubber has expanded with two modern rubber processing factories strategically located in Kon Tum and Binh Phuoc provinces, Vietnam’s prime rubber plantation areas. Today, APT Rubber continues to strengthen its reputation for quality, consistency, and sustainable growth, serving global partners across the tire and automotive industries.
APT established its first factory in Binh Phuoc Province, Vietnam, under APT Viet Nam Co., Ltd.
The facility has an annual capacity of 18,000 tons of SVR10 and SVR20.
It also produces up to 10,000 tons of compound rubber per year.
The APT Binh Phuoc factory wastewater system is fully compliant with the Vietnam National Standard for Rubber Wastewater.
This achievement highlights our strong commitment to sustainable and responsible production.

Ingredients of rubber waste include: soluble proteins, formic acid (used in the process of freezing), N-NH3 (used in the anticoagulant process).
With a large amount of wastewater, it will seriously pollute the environment, affecting the health and life of people in the region.
If it is not treated thoroughly, direct discharge of this wastewater into receiving sources such as rivers, streams, lakes and groundwater reservoirs will seriously affect human environment.

We operate with a strong commitment to sustainable production, investing in advanced wastewater treatment systems that meet both ISO 14001:2015 and Vietnam National Standard QCVN 01-MT:2015/BTNMT. This ensures that our rubber processing activities minimize environmental impact while maintaining compliance with domestic and global regulations.
EUDR Compliance
As the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) sets a new benchmark for sustainability, APT Rubber has been an early adopter of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requirements since 2024, ensuring all products are fully EUDR compliant, with complete traceability, legality, and sustainability for international buyers.
Community Engagement
Beyond the factory, we actively support local communities in Kon Tum and Binh Phuoc provinces. In 2019, APT Rubber took part in the “Bring Tet to Agent Orange Victims” initiative, helping disadvantaged families during Lunar New Year. More recently, we contributed to the “Một cuốn vở – Vạn ước mơ” (One Notebook – A Thousand Dreams) program at Nguyen Van Troi Primary and Secondary School (Ya Ly Commune), supporting underprivileged ethnic minority students by providing essential school supplies for the new academic year.
