Common Questions about SVR 10
Can you supply SVR 10 with EUDR documentation?
Yes—EUDR-aligned supply is available upon request. It may include traceability, due diligence documentation (DDS), and transaction-level records depending on scope. EUDR supply typically carries a premium.
Is SVR 10 “CV controlled” like SVR CV grades?
No. SVR 10 is not viscosity-controlled like SVR CV50/CV60. It may have a typical Mooney range, but it’s not manufactured to a tight Mooney window unless you explicitly contract for it.
What documents come with shipment?
Standard export set typically includes:
- COA (Certificate of Analysis)
- Packing List
- Commercial Invoice
- Certificate of Origin (CO)
Additional documents can be provided based on Incoterms and destination requirements.
How is SVR 10 packaged and loaded?
Typical format:
- 35 kg bales, PE film wrapped
- Pallets: wooden / plastic / steel (upon request)
- Common loading: 20’ container, quantity depends on pallet type and packing method
What is the closest substitution for SVR 10?
The closest standard substitute for SVR 10 is SVR 20. Both are industrial-grade rubbers produced mainly from cup lump and governed by the same TCVN / ISO framework. The main difference is that SVR 20 allows higher impurity limits and is typically priced lower.
In practice, SVR 10–SVR 20 mixtures are also commonly used in high-volume applications to balance cost and processing performance, subject to compound formulation and end-product tolerance.
Packaging & Shipping DAta

| Bale Wrapping (PE) | Thin PE (Dispersible) or Thick PE (Strippable) |
| Packing Methods | Loose Bales (Floor Loaded) or Pallets |
| Container Capacity (20ft) | Pallet: 19.20 MT – 20.16 MT / Loose Bales: 21 MT |
Stabilize Your Production with SVR 10
Don’t let raw material variability and supply instability disrupt your production efficiency and cost control.
APT Rubber produces SVR 10 as an industrial-grade natural rubber designed for manufacturers who prioritize process reliability, volume continuity, and cost efficiency in large-scale rubber compounding.
Unlike premium appearance-focused grades, SVR 10 is optimized for stable processing performance under TCVN 3769:2016, making it suitable for a wide range of general-purpose and industrial rubber goods.
Why Leading Manufacturers Choose to Buy SVR 10 from APT Rubber:
- Industrial-Grade Consistency: SVR 10 is produced in compliance with TCVN 3769:2016 / ISO 2000, ensuring controlled impurity limits appropriate for high-volume manufacturing.
- Cost-Efficient Raw Material: Manufactured mainly from cup lump, SVR 10 delivers a strong balance between performance and cost for non-cosmetic applications.
- Stable Processing Behavior: Designed for reliable mixing, extrusion, and molding in standard industrial rubber compounds.
- Flexible for Blending & Substitution: Commonly used as a substitute for SVR 20 or in SVR 10–SVR 20 mixtures, subject to formulation requirements.
- EUDR-Ready (Upon Request): Traceability and due-diligence documentation for EUDR-aligned shipments can be arranged depending on order scope and destination.
- 25+ Years of Manufacturing Experience: Established in 1998, APT Rubber has long-term expertise in producing technically specified natural rubber grades.

Our Quality Control Process
From raw material intake to final bale, we monitor key control points to ensure stable processing performance, compliance with TCVN 3769:2016, and consistent industrial-grade quality for SVR 10. This grade is manufactured in our owned Vietnam natural rubber manufacturing facilities under ISO-aligned quality systems.
- Raw Material Reception (Cup Lump): Incoming cup lump is inspected to remove excessive contamination and assess suitability for SVR 10 processing.
- Pre-Processing & Size Reduction: Controlled handling and size reduction to support efficient washing and uniform drying.
- Mechanical Processing: Crumbing and washing processes are applied to reduce dirt and non-rubber constituents within SVR 10 specification limits.
- Drying: Drying temperature and duration are controlled to prevent excessive thermal or oxidative degradation that could affect Po and PRI performance.
- Laboratory Testing: Each production lot is tested prior to packing for:
- Dirt content
- Ash content
- Nitrogen content
- Volatile matter
- Plasticity (P₀) and PRI
Results are recorded in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued per shipment.
Our natural rubber processing production line is supplied and maintained periodically by Quang Trung Mechanical Co., Ltd., a reputable company in the mechanical industry, manufacturing production lines, laboratory equipments and waste water treatment systems in Vietnam rubber industry.

APPLICATIONS
SVR 10 is selected for applications where cost efficiency, stable processing, and high-volume production are the primary considerations.
Unlike constant-viscosity grades, SVR 10 is not Mooney-controlled, but it is widely used in industrial rubber compounds where moderate impurity tolerance is acceptable under standard rubber processing conditions.
Application suitability depends on compound formulation and end-use requirements.
- Passenger car and truck tires (compound blending)
- Tire carcass, sidewall, and inner compounds
- Motorcycle, bicycle, and industrial tires
- Non-cosmetic automotive rubber parts
- Bushings, gaskets, and vibration components
- Rubber parts under non-critical mechanical conditions
- Industrial molded rubber parts
- Rubber sheets, mats, and flooring
- General-purpose rubber profiles and extrusions
- Footwear soles and rubber components
- Household rubber items
- Consumer rubber goods where appearance is not critical
