Common Questions about SVR CV70
What is the standard Mooney range of SVR CV70?
The typical specification is Mooney viscosity 70 ± 5, measured according to applicable testing standards.
Is EUDR-aligned SVR CV70 available?
Yes. EUDR-aligned supply can be arranged upon request, subject to plantation traceability, documentation scope, and shipment planning.
How stable is SVR CV70 during long-distance shipment?
SVR CV70 is produced and packed to maintain viscosity stability during export and storage, supported by quality control and batch traceability from factory to shipment.
Who typically buys SVR CV70?
SVR CV70 is preferred by industrial rubber manufacturers requiring higher Mooney control, stable processing, and consistent compound behavior—especially in non-commodity applications
Is SVR CV70 a mass-market grade like SVR CV60?
No. SVR CV70 is not a mass-market grade. It is typically selected for specific processing requirements, whereas CV60 is more commonly used for general industrial applications.
How do you ensure long-term quality and storage stability?
Natural rubber can “stiffen” during storage, but SVR CV70 is treated to prevent this by:
Viscosity Stabilization: We add a stabilization agent during the latex stage to ensure the rubber maintains its Mooney viscosity even after long-term storage or transoceanic shipping.
Storage Best Practices: To maintain these properties, we recommend storing the rubber in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight and high humidity.
Quality Verification: Every batch is tested in labs certified.
Is the 6-month stability a guarantee?
The 6-month stability is a performance reference, not an unconditional guarantee. Viscosity behavior is supported when the material is stored and handled under recommended conditions. Final performance should be validated by the customer based on their storage, logistics, and processing environment.
Packaging & Shipping DAta
APT Rubber offers flexible packing solutions for our natural rubber products to meet diverse international shipping requirements. We provide standard 33.33kg and 35kg bales, wrapped in either Thin PE (dispersible) or Thick PE (strippable) film based on your processing needs.
Customers can choose between Loose Bale packing for maximum tonnage or Pallets for easier unloading. Our standard 20ft container load capacity ranges from 19.2 Metric Tons (MT) to 21 Metric Tons (MT).
| Specification | Details |
| Bale Weight | 33.33 kg or 35 kg |
| Bale Wrapping (PE) | Thin PE (Dispersible) or Thick PE (Strippable) |
| Packing Methods | Loose Bales (Floor Loaded) or Pallets |
| Container Capacity (20ft) | Pallet: 19.20 MT – 20.16 MT / Loose Bales: 21 MT |
Stabilize Your Production with Premium SVR CV70
Don’t let viscosity variation disrupt your mixing and forming process. APT Rubber produces SVR CV70 (Constant Viscosity) for manufacturers that require higher Mooney control and tighter rheology stability in demanding production environments.
Unlike standard SVR (TSR) grades, SVR CV70 is produced under controlled viscosity conditions, using industry-standard stabilization practices to manage storage hardening. The target specification is Mooney viscosity 70 ± 5, designed for applications where higher base viscosity is required. Final suitability should be confirmed through customer trials.
Why Manufacturers Select SVR CV70 from APT Rubber
Controlled Viscosity Specification
SVR CV70 is produced to a defined Mooney range (70 ± 5), reducing variability compared with non-CV grades.Viscosity Stability Reference

Our Quality Control Process
From the rubber farm to the final bale, we monitor 5 critical control points to ensure our “6-Month Stability” guarantee. This grade is manufactured in our owned Vietnam natural rubber manufacturing facilities under ISO-aligned quality systems.
- Latex Reception Control
Incoming latex is evaluated for DRC and ammonia content to ensure stable processing conditions and consistent downstream behavior. - Viscosity Control & Stabilization
Controlled dosing of industry-standard stabilizing agents is applied to manage viscosity behavior and mitigate storage hardening, in accordance with internal SVR CV procedures. - Mechanical Processing & Cleaning
Crumbing and multi-stage washing are conducted to remove contaminants, with dirt content controlled within applicable SVR specifications. - Drying & Plasticity Management
Drying temperature and residence time are regulated to preserve rubber properties, including plasticity retention (PRI ≥ 60). - Laboratory Verification Prior to Packing
Mooney viscosity testing is performed at batch level prior to packing to verify alignment with the SVR CV70 target specification (70 ± 5) before shipment.
This quality control framework is designed to support viscosity stability during normal commercial storage and transportation, subject to proper handling and storage conditions.
Our natural rubber processing production line is supplied and maintained periodically by Quang Trung Mechanical Co., Ltd., a reputable company in the mechanical industry, manufacturing production lines, laboratory equipments and waste water treatment systems in Vietnam rubber industry.
