SVR Rubber Manufacturer in Vietnam
APT Rubber Product Range

APT Rubber is a Vietnamese natural rubber manufacturer established in 1998, supplying SVR rubber grades to international markets including the US, China, Korea, the EU, India, and Japan.
This page provides an overview of SVR rubber grades produced in Vietnam and explains how to choose the right grade for industrial applications.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SVR GRADE FOR YOUR APPLICATION

Typical applications requiring light color and low-dirt natural rubber, such as shoe soles and elastic bands.

Appearance-Critical Applications

Light color & Low Dirt and cleanliness matter

  • Best suited for light-colored, low dirt products
  • Recommended SVR Rubber grades: SVR 3L, SVR 5, Mixtures of SVR 3L
  • Typical use cases: Footwear, consumer goods, elastic bands
SVR 3L
Primary choice for light color applications, high purity natural rubber made from field Latex.
popular
Mixture of SVR 3L
A substitution grade of SVR 3L, made by mixing SVR 3L and 2.5% of SBR 1502.
SVR 5
Darker color than SVR 3L and SVR 3L Mixtures.
Typical Lovibond color ≥ 6.
SVR CV grades are engineered for viscosity-controlled processing, making them ideal for tires, rubber hoses, mats, adhesive tapes, rubber sheets, and precision industrial rubber goods requiring consistent flow and stable mixing.

Mooney-Controlled for Processing Stability

Consistent Mooney viscosity (ML) for predictable and repeatable processing

  • Best suited for: High-volume and automated rubber manufacturing where viscosity control is more critical than light-color appearance
  • Recommended SVR Rubber grades: SVR CV60, SVR CV50, SVR CV40, SVR CV70
  • Typical use cases: CMB, automotive rubber parts, extrusion, calendering, precision molding
SVR CV60
Most widely specified CV grade for stable, high-throughput processing. Controlled Mooney viscosity at 60 ± 5, helping improve production consistency.
Popular
SVR CV50
Selected when slightly lower viscosity is required.
Mooney viscosity at 50 ± 5, offering easier flow for extrusion and molding applications.
SVR 70
Higher-viscosity option for increased green strength. Mooney viscosity at 70 ± 5, suitable for products requiring better shape retention.
SVR 40
Lower-viscosity option for improved flow and faster processing.
Mooney viscosity at 40 ± 5, commonly used for thin-wall or complex molded rubber parts.
SVR 10 and SVR 20 are industrial-grade natural rubber materials commonly applied in tire manufacturing, rubber hoses, seals, gaskets, and general-purpose molded rubber products.

Cost-Driven Production

Performance & Budget

  • Cost-sensitive rubber manufacturing where light appearance requirements are secondary. Choose these grades when cost efficiency matters more than color or cleanliness.
  • Recommended SVR Rubber grades: SVR 10, SVR 20, Mixtures of SVR 10
  • Typical use cases: Tires, mats, hoses, general industrial rubber goods
SVR 10
Standard grade natural rubber for cost-efficient production. Widely used where moderate dirt content is acceptable and processing stability is required.
SVR 20
Lower-cost alternative to SVR 10 with higher tolerance for impurities.
Commonly selected for high-volume rubber goods where appearance is not critical.
Mixtures of SVR 10
Cost-optimized blends of SVR 10 with SBR 1502.
Designed to reduce material cost while maintaining acceptable processing performance.
Industrial applications of mixtures of SVR 3L and SVR 10 natural rubber for tires, rubber bands, flooring, mats, sports surfaces, and cost-efficient rubber products
Mixtures of SVR 3L and SVR 10 are widely used in cost-efficient rubber products such as tires, rubber bands, flooring, mats, and sports surfaces where balanced cleanliness and processing stability are required.

Market-Specific & Custom Blends

Tailored formulations for cost optimization and processing stability

  • Best suited for markets requiring cost-optimized rubber formulations with stable and predictable processing behavior
  • Recommended SVR Rubber grades: Mixtures of SVR 10, Mixtures of SVR 3L
  • Key Benefits: Cost optimization, processing stability and Market-specific formulation flexibility. These blends are commonly used in tariff-sensitive markets where formulation flexibility is required.
Mixtures of SVR 10
Cost-optimized blends of SVR 10 with SBR 1502.
Designed for high-volume production where cost efficiency and stable processing are prioritized.
Mixtures of SVR 3L
Blends based on SVR 3L with SBR 1502 for controlled performance.
Selected when better cleanliness or light-color appearance is required.

SVR Rubber Grades

Is APT Rubber a manufacturer or a trading company?

APT Rubber is a natural rubber manufacturer, not a trading company. Founded since 1998, we operate our own processing facilities in Vietnam and manage sourcing, production, quality control, and export documentation in-house.

APT Rubber supplies a range of SVR grades, including SVR CV60, SVR CV50, SVR 3L, and other SVR grades subject to seasonality and volume requirements. Each grade is produced in accordance with applicable Vietnamese standards and tested per shipment.

Yes. Traceability information is available for SVR rubber supplied by APT Rubber to support EUDR due diligence (DDS) requirements.
Relevant documentation, including Due Diligence Statements (DDS) and supporting traceability records, can be provided upon request, subject to buyer scope and agreed commercial terms.

APT Rubber operates under a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and an environmental management system aligned with ISO 14001:2015, supporting consistent production control, traceability, and environmental management.

SVR rubber supplied by APT Rubber is tested in accordance with TCVN 3769:2016, the Vietnamese national standard governing SVR rubber grades, including cleanliness, viscosity, and technical specifications. Quality results are documented for each shipment.

Select the SVR grade based on your primary production priority.
If appearance and cleanliness matter, choose appearance-critical grades such as SVR 3L or SVR 5.
If processing stability is critical, Mooney-controlled CV grades are preferred.
For cost-sensitive production, industrial grades such as SVR 10 or SVR 20 are commonly used.
Market-specific blends are applied where formulation flexibility or cost optimisation is required.

CV grades are produced with controlled Mooney viscosity, offering more stable and repeatable processing.
They are selected when viscosity consistency is more important than color or appearance.
Non-CV grades are typically chosen based on appearance, dirt content, or cost considerations rather than viscosity control.

No. SVR mixtures are formulation-driven products, not lower-quality materials.
They are designed to achieve specific cost, processing, or market requirements, often by blending natural rubber with controlled amounts of synthetic rubber such as SBR 1502.
Mixtures are widely used in high-volume and tariff-sensitive markets.
