At the beginning of 2022, APT Rubber successfully finished the first stage of building the rubber testing laboratory that satisfies the requirements of VILAS (ISO\/IEC 17025:2005).<\/p>\n

APT Rubber\u2019s rubber testing laboratory is put into use to ensure the quality management of the factory are highest regarding rubber raw materials as well as finished goods, coming with full intention that 100% Natural Rubber Products meet National Standards TCVN 3769:2016.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

APT\u7684\u6a61\u80f6\u6d4b\u8bd5\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d6\u6837\uff0c\u5168\u68c0\u67e5\u7269\u7406\u548c\u5316\u5b66\u7684\u89c4\u683c\u8981\u6c42TCVN3769\uff1a2016\u5e74\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e86\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u7edf\u4ee5\u6700\u5177\u6210\u672c\u548c\u8d44\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u521b\u5efa\u623f\u7528\u4e8e\u7a33\u5b9a\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6a61\u80f6\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

High-precision rubber testing equipment and machinery:<\/b><\/p>\n

1. Rubber Rolling Machine:<\/strong> LT twin shaft mill consists of two rollers made of steel with hard chrome plating, both running coils have variable speed and are set by the end user by a touch screen. Rubber Rolling Machine is manufactured by QUANG TRUNG CO., LTD which is a originating partnership of APT Group established in 1993.<\/p>\n

2. Aging Oven:<\/strong> Automatic PID temperature controller with accuracy of \u00b1 0.1 \u2103.<\/p>\n
