Industrial Scale Meets Precision Control

APT Rubber does not operate as a third-party mill or fragmented supply chain. We own and operate physical processing facilities in Vietnam, giving buyers stronger control over quality consistency, shipment planning, and supply transparency.

Factory Footprint

Owned Binh Phuoc and Kon Tum processing factories located in Dong Nai and Quang Ngai provinces.

Processing Lines

Production support for key SVR / TSR natural rubber grades including SVR CV grades, SVR 3L, SVR 10, and SVR 20.

Export Support

Shipment handling with COA, packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, and buyer-required documentation depending on order scope.

Batch Consistency

Internal batch checks before shipment release to reduce buyer-side quality risk.

Manufacturing Process

APT Rubber follows a controlled natural rubber manufacturing workflow from raw material intake to finished bale packing. Each stage is designed to protect the physical properties of SVR / TSR rubber, reduce contamination risk, and support more consistent shipment quality for export buyers.

01

Raw Sourcing

Raw latex and cup lump are collected from verified regional plantation sources to support traceability, input control, and production planning.

02

Pre-Processing

Raw material is cleaned, blended, and prepared to reduce visible impurities and improve consistency before mechanical processing.

03

Crumbing

Mechanical size reduction improves washing efficiency, drying uniformity, and technical consistency across production batches.

04

Thermal Drying

Controlled drying helps maintain required technical parameters such as Po and PRI while reducing quality variation between batches.

05

Baling & Packing

Finished rubber is hydraulically pressed, wrapped, packed, and prepared for export shipment according to product grade and buyer requirements.

Operational Control & Consistency

Key process controls across our manufacturing facilities help reduce contamination risk, improve batch consistency, and support export-ready natural rubber production.

Factory Locations & Production Footprint

APT Rubber operates two manufacturing sites in Vietnam, combining long-term manufacturing experience, flagship production capability, raw material sourcing proximity, and export gateway access to support stable SVR / TSR natural rubber supply for international buyers.

Binh Phuoc Factory in Dong Nai Province

Nhà Máy Bình Phước

Located in Dong Nai Province | Founding manufacturing base established in 1998

Binh Phuoc Factory is APT Rubber’s founding manufacturing base, supporting the company’s long-term production experience and southern export coordination. The site plays an important role in shipment planning, container loading coordination, and buyer supply support.

  • Established in 1998 as APT Rubber’s founding manufacturing base
  • Positioned for access to major southern export routes, including Cat Lai and Cai Mep ports
  • Supports shipment planning, container loading coordination, and export documentation preparation
  • Contributes to production continuity and supply chain flexibility across APT Rubber’s factory network
Kon Tum Factory in Quang Ngai Province

Kon Tum Factory

Located in Quang Ngai Province | Flagship manufacturing site established in 2017

Kon Tum Factory is currently APT Rubber’s flagship factory, supporting modern processing control, factory verification, and production planning for international buyers. The site strengthens APT Rubber’s ability to manage raw material sourcing, batch consistency, and export-ready production.

  • Established in 2017 and currently positioned as APT Rubber’s flagship factory
  • Supports modern processing control, batch planning, and in-house production management
  • Connected to Central Highlands rubber plantation sourcing areas
  • Strengthens buyer confidence through factory visit readiness, verification support, and controlled manufacturing operations

Together, Binh Phuoc Factory and Kon Tum Factory give APT Rubber a two-site manufacturing structure that supports supply continuity, production flexibility, export coordination, and buyer verification.
