Our mission is to create sustainable values for all partners of APT, especially focus on generating values in the natural rubber supply chain.
- For smallholder rubber plantation households: APT applies Fair Price Rubber Purchasing Policy, aiming at stabilizing the price of raw rubber materials, thereby bringing direct economic benefits to smallholder rubber plantation households.
- For the production and distribution of products: APT guarantees to provide the highest quality natural rubber to the processing industries that use natural rubber in the manufacturing process.
- For the environment: we are proud to be one of the environmentally friendly natural rubber producers in Vietnam, through the application of advanced microbiological wastewater treatment technology combined with the technology of treating activated sludge. Our advanced Bio-wastewater treatment system using aerotank aerobic properties, giving off type A rubber sewage according to QCVN 01-MT: 2015 / BTNMT.
- For the community: We strongly believe in creating sustainable values for the communities in which we operate is also about creating our sustainable development.

OUR 25+ YEARS JOURNEY
AN PHU THINH KON TUM PRODUCTION SERVICE TRADING CO., LTD (APT), formerly known as Quang Trung Mechanical Enterprise, was established in 1993, with main business area of designing, manufacturing and installing rubber processing line and supplying mechanical equipments. Up to now, APT is constantly expanding our development in the rubber industry, with 2 Rubber Processing Factories Companies located in Vietnam's two strategic rubber plantation areas: Kontum Province and Binh Phuoc Province. In the future, APT aims to expand into real estate and tourism.
1998
APT opened First Factory in Binhphuoc Province, Vietnam (APT Viet Nam Co., Ltd). Capacity SVR10 & SVR20 18,000 tons/year; Compound. 10,000 tons/ year.
2000
APT Binhphuoc factory wastewater system achieved Rubber Wastewater National Standard
2007
APT received award for Top 500 Biggest Enterprise in Vietnam.
2018
APT proudly received regconition from to Binh Phuoc Province as the key contribution to the improvement of the people welfare development of Binh Phuoc Province.
2019
Stabilizing the raw material market in Kontum, benefiting smallholder rubber plantation farmers, and making a great contribution to the creation of sustainable rubber industry.
In addition, APT is particularly interested in expanding partnership with both natural rubber trading companies and factories using natural rubber as part of their production's raw material. This is the main reason why we put our customers' needs as our top priority.

3. Wastewater treatment technology
Why is wastewater treatment needed in the rubber manufacturing industry?
The rubber manufacturing industry is one of the typical industries causing serious environmental pollution: Rubber wastewater has very high concentrations of pollutants (from the production stages such as freezing, rolling, cutting, washing). machinery and tanks …
Ingredients of rubber waste include: soluble proteins, formic acid (used in the process of freezing), N-NH3 (used in the anticoagulant process).
With a large amount of wastewater, it will seriously pollute the environment, affecting the health and life of people in the region.
If it is not treated thoroughly, direct discharge of this wastewater into receiving sources such as rivers, streams, lakes and groundwater reservoirs will seriously affect human environment.

Fair Price Rubber Raw Materials Purchasing Policy The Fair Price Rubber Raw Materials Purchasing Policy has been established since the establishment of APT in 1998. The policy aims to bring direct benefits to smallholder rubber farmers as well as parties. involved in participating in the natural rubber supply chain in the area where our factory is located in Vietnam. Especially from 2019, An Phu Thinh Kontum Company has issued and actively implemented a fair policy of purchasing raw rubber latex in Kontum, in order to:
- Bring direct and sustainable benefits to smallholder rubber farmers
- Minimizing the competition in purchasing raw rubber materials without transparency in the area.
- Stabilizing raw material market in Kontum province
